Our marketing plan will be finalized soon

We are so excited that our marketing plan for Apple Mini iPad is in the final stage. The mini iPad will come with a 7.85-inch screen and a resolution of 1024x768. The mini iPad function list includes WiFi tethering (hotspot) for the 3/4G model, Microsoft Office compatible word processing, enhanced multi-tabbed web browsing, video-conferencing, enhanced photo and video feature and enhanced iBook and other format of e-book support. New mini iPad will also support an eagerly sought-after feature: a SD slot. Much like a camera and mobile phone, a SD slot is where a memory card could be plugged in for transferring photos to and from mini iPad.
Our target markets are students, parents and students whose ages are between 18 and 45.  To get the mini iPad launched, its price has been set at $249/per unit, final packaging has been designed, approved and ordered. Advertising is needed to educate customers about the new product’s benefits. Our recent marketing survey shows very positive reactions from most potential customers.
E-textbook is a new trend in school.  Apple mini iPad is a good learning tool to download e-textbook.  Apple’s computer products are well-known for its gorgeous design and user-friendly interface. We are considering if it is possible to open an Apple store on campus for University students to purchase Apple products including the new mini iPad. We would like to hear more comments from you.

  1. I am not big on electronics( mostly because I do not too much about them), but the new mini ipad has caught my attention!! The features that are included are well worth the price!! For someone who does not typically keep up with the latest electronic trends, I think specific advertisment and demonstration will be key for other cunsumers like myself and for bringing in new consumers.

  2. I think e-text book is great educational tool for anyone related to education. I see sometime students are using their own computers not textbook in the class. "e-textbook" should be coking sooner in our school!?

  3. I am not really a fan of E-texts because I prefer reading off a hardcover book than via my electronics. I feel like it gives me a headache after awhile when I'm using the laptop/ipad. But, I am sure they will be a lot of students out there who will find this useful/convenient.

  4. The price is very affordable! Especially since the other iPads cost a lot more. Although I am not a fan of e-books, many other students/readers enjoy using e-books rather than actual books. I think that Mini iPad will do great when it is released to the public

  5. The size is better than regular ipad if you use it for reading because regular ipad is kinda heavy for reading. The price is affordable too. It would be better if it come with Sim card slot. I wonder how long is the battery last for?

  6. I would be very inclined to purchase this product because of the affordable price!
In addition, having an SD card slot and provided internet tethering hotspot capabilities already coming with the product is a huge plus in comparison to the options provided with the current full-sized iPad.

  8. If the mini ipad can be that cheap, I am pretty sure there are more customers who do not have ipads before will go purchase this. I am always think about to buy a ipad, but the price and size is the biggest consideration to me. However, the mini ipad helps me solve all these problems.

  9. I think you can check out samsung galaxy s III's advertisement, which is impressive a lot to me and apply to your product. I personally think that apple products are high quality, but lack impressive advertisement to attract audience's attention

  10. I was a little disappointed that you didn't include an USB port, but then again a SD card slot can be used the same way. I personally still wouldn't buy this product. I feel that it has the same purpose as the regular iPad, although the price is convincing it is still not something I would purchase.

  12. I think your company should lower the price of your product a bit, becuase some of the compitions prices are lower. The fetures on their product are similar.

  13. I like the features that your product has, but the price is a little large for a Mini product. I think that more people would consider buying this product if the price was lower.

  15. Although your mini iPad's price seems like more affordable, the spec of your product still can not attract some potential customers other than Apple fans. In fact, there is too many competitors on portable tablet devices segment. The limitation of iPad is its software iOS comparing to more open source Androids. Size of 7.85 in doesn't make any signifient benefit to the users; beside, The battery life can be suffered.

  16. I still think this is an interesting product. However, I prefer to still have the larger screen even though it has all these extras on it. If I wanted to have a small iPad I'd just buy the iPhone. Nonetheless, there definitely is a market out there for it.
